What is Teppanyaki?
The word teppanyaki refers to the cooking of meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables, pancakes and other items on a large hotplate, much like an extremely hot BBQ plate. The chefs must cook quickly on such high heat which makes for a very entertaining show.
At SAVVY guests sit around a custom designed Teppanyaki Table and have their own personal chef cook their meals and entertain them with a theatre of tricks and cooking skills.
